Isabelle Saxton is a sustainability, circularity, and regeneration strategist and designer. 

Trained in Sustainability with a Master’s Degree from Harvard University, she merges deep knowledge in corporate sustainability, innovation, environmental policy, and international development with her creative background in fashion design with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Nature-Culture, Sustainability, and Science from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Isabelle works with consumer goods companies, usually in the fashion and textile industry, to foster collaboration and inspire a shift toward more sustainable and circular practices. 

Known for her clear, relatable communication style, Isabelle translates complex scientific data into attainable sustainability, circularity, and regeneration actions with a keen focus on client needs, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving. 

Her specialities include circular and regenerative systems and product design, fashion and textile supply chain assessments, strategy development, planetary boundary impact reporting and reduction planning, and developing action roadmaps. 

She also spends significant time on education, whether that’s through direct client work, hosting workshops and upskilling sessions, industry panel discussions, or her Sustainability Chats with Friends podcast, creating space for people to ask questions and (un)learn together.

• I don’t think our current society can be fully sustainable, but I think we can get to the 50% mark. So within my life and work, I think, ‘Will this lead to a more sustainable system and way of life?’ and if the answer is yes, I do it; if it isn’t, I’ll reconsider.
