Terms + Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern all paid services provided by Isabelle Saxton through Global Sustainable Network.
By requesting or purchasing any service, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Description of Services

The website presents the professional services offered by Isabelle Saxton through Global Sustainable Network.
All services are provided exclusively for a fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The precise scope of services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and any specific conditions are defined prior to the start of the service via:

  • a written quotation,

  • a proposal, or

  • an email confirmation.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

A service contract is deemed formed once:

  • The client has accepted the quotation or proposal in writing, and

  • Isabelle Saxton has confirmed acceptance.

Isabelle Saxton reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are expressed in Great British Pounds (£).
VAT is not applicable pursuant to HM Revenue & Customs’ VAT Registration Threshold.

Payment terms (amount, due date, payment method) are specified in the quotation or invoice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • provide accurate and complete information,

  • cooperate in good faith throughout the service,

  • respect agreed timelines and payment deadlines.

Isabelle Saxton and Global Sustainable Network shall not be held liable for delays or issues resulting from the client’s failure to comply with these obligations.

6. Service Delivery and Deadlines

Isabelle Saxton commits to performing services with professionalism and due care.

Deadlines are indicative unless expressly stated as binding.
Delays caused by force majeure or client action cannot give rise to liability.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • all deliverables remain the intellectual property of Isabelle Saxton;

  • upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.

Any reuse, modification, or distribution beyond this scope is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Isabelle Saxton is bound by an obligation of means, not of results.

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
Isabelle Saxton and Global Sustainable Network shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract in case of material breach by the other party, after written notice remains unanswered.

Services already performed remain payable in full.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UK law.
In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by law.
